Modular Van Wraps

A van wrap designed as separate, coordinated panel sections, so one livery fits different vans, damaged areas can be replaced on their own and coverage can grow over time.

Designed for your van

One design, built in sections.

A modular van wrap is planned as a set of coordinated sections rather than one continuous print. Each section is drawn for a specific panel — the sliding door, rear doors, rear quarters, front wings or bonnet — and the sections line up with the van's own panel gaps so the design still reads as one livery.

Because the sections are defined from the start, the same design can be adapted to a small, medium or long-wheelbase van, a damaged section can be reprinted and refitted without redoing the whole van, and you can start with the core panels and add more coverage later.

Complete graphics care packages

Prepare before fitting. Protect after application.

Either package can be added to a car, van, fleet or race vehicle graphics project. Tell us what is being fitted and we will coordinate the care appointment with production and installation.

Vehicle receiving a thorough pre-graphics wash and surface preparation
Before application

Pre-graphics valet & preparation

From £80

Give the vinyl the cleanest possible foundation. A professional decontamination wash removes traffic film, wax, grease and bonded residue that can compromise inspection, positioning and edge adhesion.

  • Cleaner surface for vinyl adhesion
  • Earlier identification of tar, fallout and paint defects
  • Less fitting time lost to avoidable contamination

Final preparation depends on paint condition and the selected graphics. Paint repair, glue removal and heavy contamination may be quoted separately.

After application

Post-graphics ceramic protection

From £250

Add a compatible ceramic coating after the graphics or wrap has settled. It can deepen gloss, make routine washing easier and reduce the way road film and environmental contamination cling to the finished surface.

  • Easier maintenance of vinyl and surrounding paint
  • Added gloss and contamination resistance
  • A protection plan matched to the vinyl finish

Ceramic coating does not make graphics damage-proof. We confirm vinyl compatibility, finish and curing time before recommending the coating system.

Layouts and coverage

Where a modular wrap helps.

01

Mixed fleets

Keep one livery recognisable across different makes, wheelbases and roof heights by adapting each section to the panel it sits on.

02

Section-by-section replacement

Reprint and refit a single door or quarter after a repair or knock, rather than replacing the full wrap.

03

Phased coverage

Begin with the sides and rear, then add bonnet, wing or roof sections when budget or timing allows.

04

Changing details

Keep phone numbers, services or offers on separate sections so they can be updated without touching the main design.

Artwork, material and finish

The sections are designed around the panels.

We map every panel first: sizes, recesses, handles, lights and the gaps between doors. Section edges are placed on natural panel breaks, so a door can open, be repaired or be replaced without cutting through the rest of the design. Logos and contact details are kept within a single section wherever possible.

Every section is produced from controlled artwork files with the material and print specification recorded. That record is what lets a replacement section match the original as closely as possible. Ageing, wear and production batches can still mean a new section looks slightly fresher than its neighbours, so we discuss this before you plan to replace sections individually.

Modular does not mean off-the-shelf. Each van is still checked against its actual dimensions and condition before production, and a modular wrap is fitted with the same preparation as any other wrap. Existing graphics, damaged paint and previous repairs need assessing first.

Modular Van Wraps FAQs.

What is the difference between a modular wrap and a full wrap?+

A full wrap describes how much of the van is covered. A modular wrap describes how the design is built: in coordinated sections matched to individual panels. A modular wrap can be full or partial coverage.

Can one section be replaced if the van is damaged?+

Usually, yes. Because each section is a separate print with saved artwork, a single door or quarter can be reprinted and refitted. A new section may look slightly fresher than older ones nearby.

Will a modular wrap work across different van models?+

Yes, that is one of its main uses. Each van type gets its own section layout so the design keeps the same look, proportions and brand placement.

Can I start with a few sections and add more later?+

Yes. The full design is planned at the start, so later sections fit in as intended. Tell us your plans early so the first sections are drawn to suit.

Are the joins between sections visible?+

Sections are planned to meet at panel gaps and natural body lines, where a break is expected. Where a section has to cross a flat panel, the join is positioned and overlapped to keep it as discreet as possible.

Do you keep the artwork for future orders?+

Yes. The artwork files and specification for each section are kept on record so replacements and additions can be produced to the same design.
