Replacement Van Decals

Refresh a damaged logo, changed contact detail or repaired van panel with replacement decals checked against the graphics already on the vehicle.

Designed for your van

Keep the working van's identity consistent.

A changed phone number, worn logo or repaired door does not always require a complete new graphics package. Replacement van decals focus on the affected elements while checking how the update will sit alongside the rest of the vehicle's branding.

Send the original artwork and any order reference together with photographs of the current van. We assess whether the individual element can be reproduced, whether a larger section needs replacing, and whether the surrounding vinyl has changed noticeably with age.

Complete graphics care packages

Prepare before fitting. Protect after application.

Either package can be added to a car, van, fleet or race vehicle graphics project. Tell us what is being fitted and we will coordinate the care appointment with production and installation.

Vehicle receiving a thorough pre-graphics wash and surface preparation
Before application

Pre-graphics valet & preparation

From £80

Give the vinyl the cleanest possible foundation. A professional decontamination wash removes traffic film, wax, grease and bonded residue that can compromise inspection, positioning and edge adhesion.

  • Cleaner surface for vinyl adhesion
  • Earlier identification of tar, fallout and paint defects
  • Less fitting time lost to avoidable contamination

Final preparation depends on paint condition and the selected graphics. Paint repair, glue removal and heavy contamination may be quoted separately.

After application

Post-graphics ceramic protection

From £250

Add a compatible ceramic coating after the graphics or wrap has settled. It can deepen gloss, make routine washing easier and reduce the way road film and environmental contamination cling to the finished surface.

  • Easier maintenance of vinyl and surrounding paint
  • Added gloss and contamination resistance
  • A protection plan matched to the vinyl finish

Ceramic coating does not make graphics damage-proof. We confirm vinyl compatibility, finish and curing time before recommending the coating system.

Artwork, material and finish

Check the original before producing the replacement.

A photograph can establish the design but may not provide print-ready artwork or an accurate colour reference. Vector logos, original proofs, measured dimensions and film details improve the starting point. Missing files may require separate artwork recreation.

New vinyl can look different from an older set. Fading, discontinued colours and the condition of the paint beneath removed graphics can affect the result. We explain those limitations and discuss whether replacing a complete group of elements would give a more consistent appearance.

If a panel has been repaired or repainted, tell us who completed the work and when. Surface readiness should be confirmed with the bodyshop and the selected vinyl requirements before an installation date is agreed.

Before you book

Replacement Van Decals FAQs.

Can you replace a phone number without changing all the graphics?+

It may be possible where the lettering is a separate element. Printed backgrounds, overlapping graphics and marks left after removal can require a larger replacement section.

Do I need the original van decal artwork?+

Original files are the best starting point. If they are missing, send clear photographs and measurements so we can assess any reconstruction work required.

Can you match an old decal exactly?+

An exact match cannot be assumed. Material availability, print differences and fading affect colour. Original specifications and a physical comparison help assess the options.

Can decals go straight onto a newly painted panel?+

The repaired surface must be suitable and ready for the chosen vinyl. Confirm paint curing and surface preparation with the bodyshop and fitting team before booking.

Can you supply replacement decals for a fleet?+

Yes, subject to confirming the design and production details. Include vehicle identifiers, panel positions, artwork versions and quantities so each set can be specified correctly.

Can you replace only the damaged side of my van?+

A side-specific replacement can be assessed. Photographs of both sides and the rear help determine whether the new graphics will remain visually consistent with the rest of the van.
