Orders
When you place an order you'll receive an email confirming we've received it. The contract is made when we accept your order. We may decline an order, for example if the vehicle details don't match the product or an item is unavailable, and we'll refund anything you've paid.
You're responsible for choosing the correct vehicle (make, model, years and body style) and checking any wording, numbers and logos. You must have the right to use any logos or artwork you send us.
Prices and VAT
Prices are shown including VAT by default; you can choose to see them excluding VAT with the Inc VAT / Ex VAT buttons. The basket and checkout show the VAT and the total you pay, including delivery. If we've made an obvious pricing error we'll contact you before processing your order.
Payment
Payment is taken securely at checkout by card or other methods shown, including Klarna where available. We don't store your card details.
Artwork and production
Where a design needs approving, we'll send it to you and start production once you approve it. Colours on screen can vary slightly from printed and cut vinyl. Graphics are produced as approved, so please check everything carefully.
Delivery
Delivery options, prices and times are set out in our delivery information. Responsibility for the goods passes to you when they're delivered.
Returns and cancellations
Our returns policy explains what happens if goods are faulty, damaged or incorrect, and your right to cancel orders for stock items. Made-to-order graphics are personalised, so they can't be returned if you change your mind.
Fitting and care
Graphics should be fitted to clean, sound, original paintwork following the instructions supplied. We're not responsible for damage caused by fitting to poor or refinished paintwork, by incorrect fitting, or for wear from washing, weather or use. Fitting by our team is covered by the terms in your quotation or booking.
Our responsibility to you
We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We don't exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you have a complaint, please contact us first and we'll do our best to resolve it.
